MBPR-HC100The automatic back pressure controller is a high-precision pressure control valve, which has the advantages of high control accuracy, good stability, simple operation, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance. Suitable for precise and stable control of back pressure in oil, gas, water, and mixed fluid systems. It can be used for high-pressure/ultra-high-pressure fluid flow characteristics experiments in petroleum, chemical, machinery and other industries.

lWorking Principle

MBPR-HC100The automatic back pressure controller is mainly composed of five parts: drive system, control system, pressure acquisition system, pump body and valve body. The drive system consists of a stepper motor and transmission components; The intelligent identification program and traceability algorithm of fluid type are introduced into the control system to improve the accuracy of pressure control. The sampling time interval of the pressure acquisition system is 10ms, and the sampling accuracy is ±0.15Psi. Pump body: filled with incompressible liquid as the driving medium; The valve body and the pump body are separated by an elastic diaphragm. During the working process, after the pressure setting is completed, the pump piston moves back and forth to adjust the liquid pressure in the pump cylinder. The fluid pressure is always maintained at the set pressure.
